Amazing Magic Terms & Conditions Of Booking
General
This agreement is for the provision of Entertainment Services the details of which are laid out overleaf.
Modifications
Modifications to the agreement and these conditions may only be made by mutual consent of The Client and Amazing Magic
Deposits / Confirmations
If a deposit or written confirmation is requested at the time of booking, then the date of the engagement will be held for 10 days after the date of this confirmation letter. After this time, it may be let to another client.
Fees & Payment
The fee for the entertainment is payable by cash or cheque payable to AMAZING MAGIC on the day of the booking on completion of the entertainment, unless specific terms have been agreed in writing.
Postponement
Should a problem arise that causes the client to postpone the entertainment, it will be re-scheduled for a mutually convenient time within 6 months of the booking date at no extra cost and with no loss of deposit. If the postponement is longer than 6 months, then the booking will be regarded as cancelled.
Cancellations
Should the party booking the entertainment decide to cancel with less than 14 days notice, then the full fee less estimated travel costs will become payable. Cancellations of over 14 days are accepted with no further fee other than any initial deposit paid. Cancellations can be made in writing, by email or by telephone but cannot be accepted on an answer phone.
Outside events
We recommend that the Client has an alternative plan in case of inclement weather. If the Artiste attends the full fee will be payable.
Photography / Video / Sound Recordings
Our artistes are, in most circumstances, more than happy for Photography Video or Sound Recordings to be made during performance. However this must be with the Artiste’s consent and must be limited to only those parts of the entertainment agreed with the artiste prior to starting. Any recording must be for private viewing / listening only.
Children
Whilst our artistes will always work in a safe and careful manner and be mindful of the health & safety of all - the Client is AT ALL TIMES responsible for the well being, discipline and care of all children present. Our artistes will not perform unless a minimum of two adults are present in the same room at all times.
Promotion.
Our artistes reserve the right to distribute business card and/or other promotional material whilst performing. Clients who specifically do not wish this to happen must advise Amazing Magic in advance of performance and all agreed fees for performance will be subject to a 50% surcharge.
Law
These conditions and any entertainment that takes place under them shall be governed construed and shall take effect in accordance with the laws of England.
